So You Want to Change Your Email Address
Dear Valued BonVoyage1000 Member,
It is very important we have your correct email address on file.
It is unique to you and it is how we communicate with you therefore it is imperative we know it is a valid working email and that it belongs to you.
As you know, we verify that you have a valid, working email when
you first register.
Starting immediately, if you need to change your email address, send an email from your new email address to customersupport@bonvoyage1000.com
Attach an image of your current government issued picture ID that includes your printed name so that we can verify both the new email and your identity.
In the email advise your BonVoyage1000 username, the current email address on your BV1000 Profile, and the reason you are requesting the change of email.
If approved, Customer Support will process the change of email.
We are working hard to make sure we can communicate with you and help you keep your account safe and secure.
